I was a bit concerned about our daughter for this stay as she had missed her previous stay due to poor health. However, I needn't have worried, she was absolutely fine and has come home better than when she went in. She had the beginnings of a small pressure sore which staff have worked hard to improve and this looks much better. Big thank you to everyone concerned.

A lovely stay for our daughter. Staff are highly trained with a wealth of knowledge in specialist and often complicated health care needs. We can take a break knowing she will have the best care possible. Thank you so much to all concerned.

A good stay for our daughter, staff are highly trained in looking after her enabling us to have break without worry. It allows us to continue care at home. Totally essential.

The care my son gets at 1 willow close is the best he could have anywhere. The staff know him really well and understand his limited communication. The staff are always confident in dealing with his changing needs even though they vary considerably.

my care is complex and the staff understand me, they know me well and can anticipate my needs and are very caring. mum and dad can leave me at 1 willow close and know I am being well cared for.

An excellent stay as usual. Staff work very hard trying to replicate everything that works at home to ensure the client has the best stay possible. Not at all easy with changing and challenging health care needs. Well done to all.

Staff have worked very hard to meet our daughter's changing healthcare needs which have become increasingly challenging so this is by no means an easy process. They are willing to continually update practices in order to give the client the best possible stay and make informed and considered suggestions of how things might be improved in order to keep the client as comfortable as possible. Our daughter had a good stay and we felt rejuvenated after a break. Many thanks to all concerned.
